Job description

IT specialist will be in charge of setting up, managing and troubleshooting technology systems. Their duties include responding to hardware problems, updating systems software and tracking the data and communications used on the company’s network. Maintenance of multimedia equipment, peripherals, and other problems as they arise. Hours of work will vary including occasional evenings and weekends as we run 24 hours 365 days a year and problems may occur outside normal business hours.

  • Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
  • Checking and installing computer hardware (SSD, RAM ETC.) to ensure functionality.
  • Monitor security certificates and company compliance
  • Offer technical support to company staff and be able to troubleshoot computer problems.
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
  • Build and maintain network cabling
