Job description

  • You will provide leadership and direction for a team of entry-level production employees to ensure customer demand is consistently met
  • Coordinate daily production activities and distribution requirements, including local delivery routes and shuttle scheduling
  • You will lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety initiatives to meet governmental and environmental regulations
  • Ensure temployees are trained and committed to Linde Safety and Quality systems, woring closely with the Compliance Manager to coordinate training
  • And you will monitor production performance and manpower levels to maintain efficiency, anticipate problems, and develop contingencies
  • Identify operational challenges and lead improvement efforts related to  production processes, shift scheduling, and training; report progress and findings to plant management
  • You will manage and escalate equipment and product quality issues, maintaining adequate inventory of production supplies and support 5S and Lean Projects and hazardous waste activities, continuously identifying ways to reduce plant operating costs through Operational Excellence strategies
