As an Pricing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain operations. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to the optimization of our supply chain processes. Working closely with the supply chain team, you will assist in data analysis, inventory management, and the development of insights to enhance overall operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze data related to supply chain activities to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.

Inventory Management:
  • Support inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels, tracking product movements, and conducting regular audits.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess or obsolete stock.

Supplier Relationship Management:
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Support the evaluation of supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Process Optimization:
  • Work with the supply chain team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and streamline supply chain workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and demand planning to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support overall business objectives.

COMPETENCIES:
  • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making.
  • Aptitude for using analytical tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail in handling inventory data, tracking shipments, and conducting analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn from experienced supply chain professionals.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
