The Warehouse Technician I performs basic warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, preparing, and staging materials for shipment. This entry-level role follows safety procedures, maintains a clean and organized work area, assists senior staff, and supports inventory and field operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive, inspect, and stage incoming materials, parts, and equipment
  • Perform basic inventory counting and organization of warehouse stock
  • Prepare items for shipment or field deployment
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks or containers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow safety procedures, proper lifting techniques, and company policies
  • Support senior warehouse staff as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have current, valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to properly operate forklifts
  • Must be able to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Load and unload trucks, safely utilizing material handling equipment, when necessary
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written, and organizational skills
  • Make and be responsible for decisions
  • Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Possess integrity and a dedication to results
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all Branch employees and customers
