POSITION SUMMARY:
The Financial Planning amp; Business Systems Analyst is an entry-level professional role designed to support financial planning, business intelligence, operational analytics, and technology initiatives across the organization. This position serves as a bridge between Finance, Operations, and Information Technology by combining financial analysis with business systems support, reporting, process improvement, and data analytics responsibilities. The position provides significant exposure to budgeting, forecasting, business intelligence, process automation, and strategic decision support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, productivity, and operational performance metrics.
  • Support provider, service line, department, and location profitability analyses.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from operational stakeholders.
  • Assist with system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop process maps, workflow documentation, and business requirements documents.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools.
  • Support data governance, data quality, and reporting validation efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and ad hoc analyses

  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
