  • Translate business needs into practical AI use cases with working implementations
  • Analyze project components, cost drivers, and trends across various sectors (e.g., multifamily, municipal, commercial)
  • Collaborate with Preconstruction, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Monitor solution performance and continuously improve accuracy, usability, and business value
  • Document processes, methodologies, and outputs for internal stakeholders

  • Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with prompt engineering, AI tools, or building AI-driven workflows (academic or internship experience acceptable)
  • Exposure to predictive modeling or data-driven decision tools
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
  • Interest in construction, engineering, or real estate industries
Key Competencies
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving field
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, usable solutions
  • Adaptability and openness to feedback
