To thrive as an Entry Level Insurance professional, you typically need foundational knowledge of insurance products, strong analytical skills, and at least a high school diploma or bachelor's degree. Building strong communication skills and maintaining a customer-focused mindset can also help in managing client relationships and meeting performance goals.
