We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join Zions Bancorporation. The Salesforce Developer plays a key role in developing innovative software solutions that empower our customers and drive organizational success. This position is responsible for collaborating with partners to deliver a world-class Salesforce experience aligned with the strategic goals of our organization. You will develop and maintain solutions for both Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud through comprehensive requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration. The role also involves reviewing business processes, recommending improvements, and engaging in both custom development and leveraging out-of-the-box components.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative software solutions to empower customers and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Analyze requirements and work with stakeholders and IT Management to design, debug, test, and deploy effective solutions.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, procedures, and systems for improvements.
  • Perform demos, testing, configuration management, and source code/change processes.
  • Support and maintain systems for optimal performance and reliability.
  • Participate in unit testing, feasibility assessments, and systems documentation.
  • Execute and manage change and release processes, document solutions with clear code, and build proof of concept examples.
  • Participate in product design reviews, offering creative and practical ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficient in Apex coding and SOQL skills for Salesforce.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and external integrations.
  • Understanding of development best practices regarding Flows for Apex.
  • Experience with application development using various technologies, languages, databases, integrations, frameworks, and systems.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and map them to appropriate solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development, database technologies, version control systems, DevOps tools, cloud computing platforms, and microservices architecture or other directly related experience.
  • Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • A combination of experience and education may meet requirements.

  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL for Marketing Cloud Development.
