Description
The Junior Software Developer will develop, integrate and apply state-of-the-art military simulations as part of the JFTI technical team.
The position requires knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:
  • Software requirements, design and systems integration
  • Fundamental understanding of object-oriented design, development and maintenance of object oriented code in C++
  • Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) software, tools, and techniques
  • Strong desire to learn to code
  • A natural problem solver
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical writing and research of scientific and engineering topics
  • No prior professional experience required

Position Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or the equivalent.
  • Proven academic or professional or experience developing software applications in C++.
  • Experience with MS&A and military systems and operations desired.
  • Active DoD secret clearance is required to start
