What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative

 

In this multi-faceted role, you’ll be the go-to contact for customer needs, providing top-tier support and ensuring every interaction reflects the Kirby Risk standard of service.

You’ll:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service—exceeding expectations and honoring every commitment.
  • Partner with outside sales to support customers and strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Support corporate marketing efforts such as product launches and training events.
  • Engage in a variety of responsibilities, including:
    • Counter and Inside Sales
    • Warehousing and Inventory Management
    • Vendor and Customer Communications
    • Order Entry and Product Support
