Responsibilities
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the link between our customers and our service technicians. As a CSR, you will coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, respond to service and sales inquiries, and communicate with our field operations.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients
  • Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
  • Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
  • Manage administrative requests and tasks
  • Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner
  • Deliver accurate service and sales information

  • Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
  • Strong collections experience preferred

Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
