7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., M-F
$18.00-18.50 hr. to start
Recap of benefits (only after permanent hire):
โ€ข 13 days of PTO (paid time off) the first year (increases after the first year based on years of service)
โ€ข 13 paid Holidays per year
โ€ข Medical/dental/vision insurance
โ€ข Aflac insurance (at employees cost)
โ€ข 401k
โ€ข Other benefits - which we'll go over in the interview process
1. Phones
a. Incoming/outgoing calls
b. Look up information in our system and relay information back to the caller correctly
c. Document phone calls and customer interactions
2. Process requests for our members (e.g. name/owner/beneficiary change forms, loan/withdrawal/surrender forms)
a. Review incoming documents, send out confirmation letters and update member information in our system.
3. Eventually, duties will include processing of financial transactions (loans/withdrawals/surrenders, etc.)
