Insurance Broker (Entry-Level to Experienced)

Location: Okemos, MI (In-Office Position)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our growing team as Insurance Brokers in our Okemos office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for helping others, and is looking to build a rewarding career in the insurance and financial services industry—especially serving the senior market.

Whether you are already licensed or new to the industry, we provide training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with clients to assess their insurance and financial needs
  • Educate clients on available products, including health, life, and retirement solutions
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Present customized solutions that align with clients’ goals
  • Maintain compliance with all industry and company regulations
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training

  • Sales experience preferred (but not required)
