In this role you will be selling petroleum fueling equipment, maintenance services, as well as installation new builds and retrofit projects.

United Uptime Services is the leading supplier of both petroleum fueling and EV charging system equipment, installation, and service across the Southwest, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain regions. United Uptime Services is an authorized distributor and service provider for Gilbarco Veeder- Root as well as other major equipment brands. The company has 35+ branch offices and more than 1,300 Team Members operating throughout the United States. United Uptime Services provides industry leading compliance testing solutions in all 50 states through its Tanknology Business.
What You Will Do:
The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales role is to support the sales team by identifying and engaging potential customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and contributing to overall sales success. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales within the petroleum industry. They will interact daily with customers via phone, email, and other remote channels, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and assisting in the sales process. The primary objective is to enhance customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the District General Manager and collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve business objectives and align with company strategies. How You Will Do It:
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures as outlined in the United Uptime employee and safety handbooks
  • Assist the sales team with quotes, order processing, and coordination for timely product and service delivery
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to clearly articulate their features and benefits to customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Support the sales team in developing relationships with new and existing customers while providing high level of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth
  • Maintain customer databases and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
