SCOPE OF POSITION:

To support the mission of the Sales Department: enable sustainable growth and develop strong customer relationships while protecting the company's margin and profits; maximize the value of the company's growth and profits.

Education:
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Advanced knowledge of computers and maneuvering a computer
  • Knowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP and CRM
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment, specifications, and accessories
