Job description

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of service, maintenance contracts, and repair solutions for commercial doors, access systems, and related equipment. This role focuses heavily on managing inbound inquiries, developing outbound opportunities, and converting quotes into closed business while maintaining strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound service and sales inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-ups on open opportunities
  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotes for repairs, maintenance agreements, and equipment upgrades
  • Actively manage and convert aging quotes (including those over 30/60 days) into closed sales
  • Sell and renew preventative maintenance contracts to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, contractors, and commercial clients
  • Partner with service technicians and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping and execution of work
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets, conversion rates, and activity KPIs

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of inside sales or service-based sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Experience in construction, service, or technical sales (doors, gates, access control, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume quoting and follow-up activity
  • Proven success in closing sales and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus
