Were hiring Injection Mold Operators for a growing plastics manufacturing facility in Turtle Lake, WI. If youre looking for steady hours, reliable pay, and long-term career growth, this is a great opportunityno prior molding experience required.

On-the-job training (well teach you everything)

Overtime available (but never mandatory)

Temp-to-hire with permanent placement potential

Multiple shifts available (day, 2nd, 3rd)

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor injection molding machines

Remove and inspect molded plastic parts

Trim excess material using hand tools

Perform basic quality checks

Complete simple assembly or finishing tasks

Package products and track production counts

Qualifications

Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred

Entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude encouraged to apply

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
