We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join a long-term contract opportunity in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on compensation analysis, incentive program reporting, and performance insights that help leaders make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical ability, financial systems knowledge, and a practical approach to improving compensation-related processes.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze bonus, commission, and incentive compensation data to identify patterns, measure program effectiveness, and share insights with leadership teams.
• Create, update, and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that track participation, payout activity, and overall incentive plan usage.
• Examine external compensation and variable pay trends to support informed recommendations on competitive incentive strategies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of incentive programs designed to align rewards with employee performance and business objectives.
• Manage workflows related to both formal recognition programs and discretionary award administration, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Review existing compensation and pay administration procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical process enhancements.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc analytical projects connected to compensation, reporting, or finance operations.• Experience working with financial analysis, compensation reporting, or incentive pay administration in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems and financial tools, including experience using ADP or similar financial services platforms.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, with the ability to work with dashboards, metrics, and data mining techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, including accrual accounting, auditing practices, and core accounting functions.
• Understanding of budget processes, capital management concepts, and financial controls.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
