SmartRoof is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth in assigned territories. - Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to educate clients on SmartRoof products and services
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and customer satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and community meetings to promote the SmartRoof brand and generate leads
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned territories
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
