SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE – PAVING DIVISION
Eastern Paving | Full-Time | Fort Washington, PA
Reports to: Business Development Manager

---

ABOUT EASTERN PAVING

Eastern Paving is one of the fastest growing commercial property services companies in the Mid-Atlantic region, specializing in paving solutions for commercial and municipal projects across Greater Philadelphia and beyond. Backed by the full resources of Eastern, LLC, we have the infrastructure and reputation to win significant work — and we're building the team to go get it.

---

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a motivated, phone-first Sales Development Representative to fuel our Paving Division's growth. This is a junior, outbound-focused role built for someone who thrives on the hunt — making calls, opening doors, and building the pipeline that our Business Development Manager closes. If you're competitive, persistent, and looking for a clear path to grow into a full sales role, this is your opportunity.

---

COMPENSATION

Hourly Rate: $20 – $23/hour
Bonus: $100 – $150 per qualified lead that converts to a closed contract
Estimated Annual Earnings: $42,000 – $50,000 + bonus

---

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and online research
- Target commercial property owners, facility managers, and general contractors across the Philadelphia region
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and pass vetted opportunities to the Business Development Manager

Pipeline Support
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activity and lead status in CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects to keep Eastern Paving top of mind
- Support the BD team with scheduling site visits, meetings, and follow-up communications

Activity & Performance
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets: calls made, contacts reached, and qualified leads passed
- Research target markets, decision-makers, and project opportunities to prioritize outreach

---

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role
- Strong phone presence — you're comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling rejection
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with the drive to hit and exceed targets
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Interest in construction or the trades is a plus — no industry experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus

---

WHY EASTERN PAVING

- Competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses tied directly to results
- Clear, defined path to grow into a full Business Development Manager role
- Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits
- Hands-on mentorship from experienced sales leadership
- Be part of a growing company where your work directly drives revenue

Eastern Paving is an equal opportunity employer.
