Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
โ€ข New Opportunity Generation: Research and identify potential referral sources and customers-with a focused emphasis on independent insurance agents and daily route stops-to uncover business development opportunities. Analyze prospects, competitors, and industry trends to identify untapped growth areas within the insurance and property restoration space.
โ€ข Quality Sales Touches (QSTs): Build and maintain positive business relationships with existing clients while strategically cultivating new ones, including recurring in-person and outbound touchpoints with independent insurance agents and route-based partners. Engage in meaningful conversations with key decision-makers, driving direct asks for business to meet weekly QST goals.
โ€ข Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Stewardship: Maintain the integrity of our CRM system through diligent data entry, updates, and analysis to enhance customer retention and profitability. Use the CRM as a central hub to track interactions, insurance agent relationships, daily route activity, and client feedback.
โ€ข Effective Communication: Keep referral sources-including independent insurance agents and route-based partners-informed on job statuses, ensuring satisfaction and strong ongoing relationships.
โ€ข Sales Impact: Contribute to Production and Mitigation Sales by consistently generating quality leads, increasing agent-generated referrals, expanding daily route penetration, and strengthening referral relationships.
Qualifications
โ€ข Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
โ€ข Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. Experience working with insurance agents, route-based sales, or relationship-driven B2B outreach is a strong plus.
โ€ข Other Relevant Skills:
Experience with CRM systems and data logging.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade.
