Dinsmore is seeking a Project Assistant at our Houston, TX location. This is an entry-level, in-office position with a focus on docketing.
Responsibilities
  • Assist Legal Administrative Assistants with heavy calendaring of litigation deadlines
  • Maintain electronic file uploads in an organized manner
  • Assist the office with other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Professional office experience preferred
  • Must have a high propensity for detail and organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to follow instruction and take direction from the Legal Administrative Assistants
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced team/collaborative environment to problem-solve and implement process improvements
  • Flexible and adaptive to a dynamic work environment
