Employment Type: Full-time, Internship (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and conduct telephone interviews with pre-employment applicants as part of their background screening process
  • Engage with pre-employment applicants via text, email, and phone
  • Escalate top priority, critical issues to the appropriate department
  • Occasionally makes outbound calls to pre-employment applicants providing instructional information
