About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, coachable, and goal‐oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Agent. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a long-term career in the insurance and financial services industry. No prior insurance experience is required — we provide comprehensive training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, networking, and community outreach

  • Educate individuals and families on insurance solutions including auto, home, life, and specialty products

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and service

  • Assist clients in identifying coverage needs and recommending appropriate Farmers Insurance products

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • A positive attitude and willingness to be coached

Preferred (but not required)

  • Sales, customer service, or retail experience

  • Active P&C License or Life & Health or willingness to obtain. (We sponsor the education needed to get your license).

  • Interest in long-term career advancement within the insurance industry
