Jose Paz Insurance Agency in Auburn, CA is now hiring motivated professionals to join the Agent Development Program (ADP) a structured, 6-8 month training program that develops future leaders within the Farmers Insurance network.

This program is designed for high-performing individuals who want to grow from a sales or service background into leadership and long-term career roles within the insurance industry.

About the Program

The Agent Development Program offers paid, hands-on mentorship under an experienced Farmers Agency leader. Participants receive practical experience in sales, marketing, client relations, and team management. Over the course of 6-8 months, youll build the foundation for leading a high-performing office and managing client portfolios.

Upon successful completion, participants are eligible for advanced career opportunities within the Farmers system, including agency management or executive-level tracks.
