*This Role(s) will support data center projects across the US - Candidates must be willing torelocate, with assistance,to a project site for at least one year*

What You'll Do

In this role,you'llbe responsible forsupporting the structured deployment of control systems, networking infrastructure, and integrated technology solutions for large-scale data center projects.You'llwork closely with site teams, design teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to configure hardware,validatesystem functionality, and support commissioning activities. This position playsan important rolein delivering mission-critical infrastructure safely, accurately, and efficiently while giving you the opportunity to buildexpertisein one of the fastest-growing markets at BW Design Group.

  • Support deployment of greenfield data centers, including BMS and EPMS scopes

  • Receive applications from design teams and deploy them across project sites

  • Complete point-to-point checkout for large volumes of data center devices

  • Configure communication protocols for equipment such as switchgear, breakers, and power meters

  • Configure and calibrate instruments, including meters, VFDs, and flow meters

  • Deploy and commission Ignition applications, Rockwell controls, PLCs, SCADA, and related control systems

  • Provideon-site guidance to BW Design Group subcontractors during deployment and commissioning activities

  • Follow established processes and program standards to support consistent, safe, andaccurateproject execution

  • Build technicalexpertisein data center controls, networking, commissioning, and integrated technology solutions

  • Contribute to a high-performing site team supporting major data center clusters and client programs

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or associate'sdegree in engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Experience starting up control systems with significant on-site time

  • Willingness torelocateto a project site for at least one year, with relocation timing dependent on location and opportunity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BMS or EPMS systems in mission-critical environments

  • Experience with Ignition, Rockwell controls, PLCs, SCADA, or industrial networking

  • Experience supporting data center, semiconductor, advanced technology, or other large-scale infrastructure projects

Compensation

The approximate pay range for this position is$75,000 - $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location of the position.
