Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy building, repairing, or troubleshooting equipment? Whether you have experience in plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial assembly, DAC Worldwide is looking for Equipment Assemblers to join our growing team.

Work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility alongside a team that takes pride in building industry-leading technical training equipment used around the world.

Pay & Career Growth:
  • Level 1 - $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
    • Ideal for candidates with basic mechanical, plumbing, manufacturing, or assembly experience who are eager to develop their skills.
  • Level 2 - $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
    • For experienced assemblers with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, troubleshooting, and blueprint-reading skills who can work independently and support complex builds.

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, subassemblies, and finished products.
  • Assemble electrical components and wiring associated with finished systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and product specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
  • Identify and correct defective or damaged components.
  • Perform equipment testing, calibration, and quality checks.
  • Help ensure all products meet DACW's quality standards.

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read blueprints and product specifications in English.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to report ready to work for a 7:00 a.m. start time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic plumbing experience.
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic experience.
  • Basic HVAC experience.
  • Experience soldering copper tubing.
  • Manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, or technical repair experience.
