This position is paid $450 a week salary, with spiffs and commission ranging from 4 to 8%. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an in-home HVAC Sales Representative, you enjoy meeting new people each day and arrive for your appointments promptly and put together. Meeting with our Kempner, Copperas Cove, and Killeen area customers in-home, you aim to personally connect with them and build a strong rapport. After listening to any concerns they may have, you are sure to properly and accurately educate them about the various options and designs for new or replacement equipment. You help them determine the best solutions for their needs. You also cultivate maintenance leads to support of your department. Every client can tell that you desire to help them restore their home comfort.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in consultative sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license
  • An insurable driving record
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Able to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends
  • Solid sales pipeline management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
