Job description

Pat's HVAC is growing and looking to add both an experienced Lead HVAC Installer and an HVAC Apprentice/Helper to our team serving Traverse City and the surrounding Grand Traverse area.

We're a smaller, locally owned HVAC company where good people have the opportunity to grow with the business. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work and wants more than just another HVAC job.


We currently have opportunities for two experience levels:

Lead HVAC Installer

  • Experienced HVAC professional capable of taking the lead on installations
  • Strong background installing HVAC systems in new construction and residential projects
  • Able to work independently and ensure jobs are completed correctly and to a high standard
  • Dependable, experienced, and comfortable taking ownership of the work
  • Leadership ability is a plus
  • Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement based on experience and performance

HVAC Apprentice / Helper

  • Entry-level or developing HVAC professional interested in learning the trade
  • Assist experienced installers with residential and new-construction HVAC installations
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
