  • Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement based on experience and performance

HVAC Apprentice / Helper

  • Entry-level or developing HVAC professional interested in learning the trade
  • Assist experienced installers with residential and new-construction HVAC installations
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow direction
  • Opportunity to develop your skills and advance within the company

Pay & Benefits

  • Company vehicle available for qualified lead-level employees
  • Most tools supplied
  • Paid time off
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Strong opportunity for advancement as the company continues to grow

Why Pat's HVAC?

We're not a large corporation where you're just another employee. Strong performers have an opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow with the company. For an experienced HVAC professional with the right capabilities and leadership skills, there is real potential to advance into a larger role within the business.

We take pride in the quality of our work and are looking for people who feel the same way.

Our work is primarily throughout Traverse City and the surrounding Grand Traverse area. Candidates should live within approximately 60 minutes of Traverse City.

If you're an experienced HVAC installer looking for your next opportunity, or you're looking to build a career in HVAC as an apprentice, we'd like to hear from you.
