Position Responsibilities
  • Analyze Human Resources (HR) data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
  • Create reports and deliver insights that help leaders make informed workforce decisions.
  • Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.
  • Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
  • Improve HR data quality by identifying trends, recommending process improvements and supporting best practices.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of Analyst experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.
