As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Entry Level HR Assistant / Recruiting Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day while supporting recruiting, onboarding, and HR administrative functions.A significant portion of this role involves high-volume outbound calls to applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting with hiring efforts for our retail locations.Essential ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionMake high-volume outbound calls to applicants to conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, hiring updates, and onboarding requirements.Support recruiting efforts for retail and corporate positions.Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.Onboarding & HR AdministrationAssist with new hire onboarding and employment documentation.Prepare, organize, and maintain employee personnel files and HR records.Coordinate background checks, onboarding paperwork, and pre-employment requirements.Ensure hiring documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.Reporting & OrganizationMaintain recruiting trackers, hiring reports, and applicant records.Assist with data entry and HR documentation.Support recordkeeping and file organization in accordance with company policies.Help ensure HR processes remain organized and efficient.Team SupportProvide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources team.Assist with employee relations documentation as needed.Support additional HR and recruiting projects as assigned.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and applicant information.QualificationsRequired0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, administrative support, customer service, or a related field.Comfortable making high-volume outbound phone calls throughout the day.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.PreferredExperience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Previous recruiting, onboarding, or HR internship experience.Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition.Experience working in a high-volume customer service or call center environment is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive annual salary of $42,000 – $45,000Excellent entry-level career opportunity in Human ResourcesHands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR operationsDirect mentorship from HR leadership and Talent Acquisition professionalsCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organizationCollaborative, team-oriented work environmentMedical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employeesPaid time off and employee discount programApply TodayIf you're an organized, people-oriented professional looking to launch your career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, we'd love to hear from you.
