Job description

Description
We're looking for a driven, organized, and personable HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary HR partner for a portfolio of five clients, providing full-cycle HR support, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
You'll play a key role in implementing and administering HR programs and policies while partnering with clients on recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, builds strong relationships, and is ready to make an impact from day one.
