About the role
The HR and Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee experience and day-to-day HR operations at Farm & Forge Club. This position provides administrative and operational support across Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and office coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, adaptable, and excited to grow within HR. The HR and Recruitment Coordinator will serve as a key support partner to the HR team and hiring managers, helping ensure smooth HR processes, a positive candidate and onboarding experience, and strong operational support across the organization.

What you'll do
Recruiting & Hiring Coordination
  • Coordinate candidate scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist with posting and managing job openings across recruiting platforms
  • Support recruiting workflows and hiring coordination processes
  • Assist with initial candidate screening and coordination as needed
  • Support hiring managers throughout the interview and hiring process
  • Support pre-employment and onboarding processes as needed

Onboarding & HR Operations
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth and organized experience
  • Track completion of onboarding tasks, trainings, and required items
  • Assist with new hire orientation preparation and administrative support
  • Support HR projects, operational initiatives, and process improvements
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and HR tracking as needed
  • Help maintain organized HR systems and processes

Office & Administrative Coordination
  • Order and maintain office and workplace supplies/materials
  • Assist with office-related administrative tasks and coordination
  • Support office events, employee engagement initiatives, and company activities
  • Help maintain organization of shared office spaces and materials
  • Support administrative and operational projects as needed

Qualifications
Required
  • Ability to work in office in College Grove, TN M-F between 8-5pm
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Self-start with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
  • Maintain high level of discretion related to employee confidentiality
  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, administrative support, office coordination, customer service, or a related field.
  • Combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Preferred
  • Prior experience supporting recruiting or onboarding processes
  • Experience working within an HRIS or applicant tracking system (Rippling preferred)
  • Interest in long-term growth within Human Resources
  • Professional, adaptable, and service-oriented approach

The pay range for this role is:
45,000 - 55,000 USD per year (College Grove, TN)
