After more than 10 years of rapid development, Blue Ocean Inc has established mature and stable automated cargo distribution and return procedures. Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, PA, and FL.

Job Description:

  1. Serve as the primary HR contact for the Delaware and Pennsylvania offices, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
  2. Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  3. Maintain HR records and HRIS data, and process employment changes, timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration.
  4. Support employee relations, performance management, leave administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  5. Coordinate required training, safety compliance, employee engagement activities, and provide guidance to the HR/Admin Assistant.
  6. Oversee local office administration, including office supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Approximately 3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year as an HR Generalist, or equivalent experience.
  3. Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and HR administration.
  4. Basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
  5. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  8. Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
