Phone work Entering sales orders Verifying insurance information Ensuring proper documentation is on file for billing purposes. Reviewing documentation to ensure we have accurately completed prescriptions and qualifying supporting chart notes necessary for billing. Also, following up to get that info from the physicians if we don’t have it Direct client interaction OTC Sales of soft goods and accessories Dispensing orders billed to insurance for medical equipment and soft goods such as walkers, bath safety, mobility aids and orthopedic supports Patient instruction on all items dispensed Unpacking shipments – some shipments are on pallets. Should be able to lift 35 pounds Assembly of equipment – very basic Data entry of patient demographics

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
