Qualifications | Senior Occupational Therapist | Inpatient Acute Care
Required Qualifications:
    A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy is required.
    Licensure in accordance with the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy is required.
    2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy is required, with a high degree of understanding and skill in one or more areas of assigned         responsibility.
    Demonstrated skills in clinical education abilities.
    Demonstrated leadership abilities.
    Demonstrated experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. 
Desirable Qualifications:
    3 years of experience in Occupational Therapy.
    3 years of experience in one or more assigned areas of responsibility is desired.
    Ability to practice in an autonomous manner.
    Demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in provision of patient care.
    Demonstrated effort to enhance one's own knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    Demonstrated program/service development or quality improvement projects.
