Responsibilities

This position is for candidates who have less than 1 year of Class A commercial driving experience - If you have 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience, please apply to our Local CDL A Truck Driver role which is located on our career site.

Position responsibilities: 

  • The Entry Level Local CDL A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

  • This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts

  • The Entry Level Local CDL A Driver will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

  • You will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • 0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience 

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience in the military

  • Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
