Job Summary:
Bluu, Inc. is a technology and payments solutions provider headquartered in Hackensack, New Jersey. They are seeking an Entry Level Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to end users, manage user accounts, and troubleshoot various IT issues.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end users (onsite and remote)
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory (create, modify, disable)
• Support email and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Webex
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, DHCP issues)
• Install and update software applications
• Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware/software)
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
• Support and troubleshoot cloud-based phone/VoIP system
Qualifications:
Required:
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic understanding of virtual environments (VMware)
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
