The Help Desk Technician will provide friendly customer support to end users for PC applications and hardware to diagnose problems and optimize resolutions for the best end-user experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical fundamentals, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
