What You'll Do:
  • Be the go-to leader for our front desk team-supporting, coaching, and encouraging every shift

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm

  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and all the questions in between

  • Jump in when the line gets long or a guest needs a little extra TLC

  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy, speed, and a "we've got this" attitude

  • Ensure each shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves smiling

  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to keep the guest experience seamless
