Overall Assignment Description: CEdge has an opportunity for a Intermediate, Helpdesk Support Services Specialist (Tier II), , located in Scott AFB, IL. The contractor shall provide on-site support for SDDCโ€™s OIS NIPRNET and SIPRNET customers.
Help Desk support shall include troubleshooting analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation and peripheral problems IAW approved baseline configurations.
The contractor shall establish and maintain a knowledge database of problem resolutions related to service requests and inquiries by SDDC BDE, BN, and DET Level customers.
The contractor shall provide the Government a copy of the database monthly.
Deliverable: Provide the required Knowledge Database (BDE, BN, and Det Level) identifying the problem and the resolution by the 10th business day of the following month. Needed:
Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop platforms. Workstation upgrades, new workstation imaging/setup/installations, and replacement of workstations and peripherals. The contractor shall perform troubleshooting analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation and peripheral hardware and software problems IAW approved baseline configurations for both NIPRNET and SIPRNET. Required certification : IAT II, CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, SSCP
