Who You Are
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Client Care Specialist to join our growing team. This unique, entry-level role blends software training and onboarding with customer support and strategic communications.
You'll work closely with our Client Care and Product Teams to support physical therapy clinics, improve user satisfaction, drive revenue, and strengthen brand loyalty. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and contributing to the evolution of emerging healthcare technology.
This role offers opportunities for career growth within the company and is focused on providing support to customers in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional support to clients by answering billing- and software-related questions with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support, active listening, and timely issue resolution
  • Assist clients in navigating EMR systems, billing workflows, and practice management software
  • Develop and deliver strategic client communications that build trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty
  • Create and maintain written and video content for our online Support Knowledge Base
  • Communicate client feedback to the Product Team and help identify opportunities for software improvements
  • Collaborate with Technical, Sales, and Product Development teams as needed
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly staff meetings
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in medical billing, physical therapy practice management, or a related healthcare field (a plus)
  • Confidence with computer and mobile device technology to provide Tier 1-2 technical support
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and billing software preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly with small business owners, healthcare providers, and internal teams
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Proven ability to de-escalate issues, problem-solve, and resolve conflicts
  • Self-directed, collaborative, and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work on-site in Cary, NC
