  • Educate members about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Answer questions and explain coverage in clear, easy-to-understand terms
  • Assist eligible members with applications and enrollment
  • Review existing coverage and assist with beneficiary or policy updates
  • Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
