What Will I Do Every Day?
  • Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to all customers
  • Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible
  • Maintain productivity (time spent working) as close to 100% as possible
  • Accept work assignments from Service Advisor/Manager
  • Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
  • Keep work areas clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness

What Are the Requirements?
  • Ability to show up on time and work posted schedule
  • Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • Current motorcycle license
  • Entry-level technicians will be provided the necessary tools
  • Experienced technicians need to provide both basic and specialized tools
