With 6 locations throughout Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties Ferman has expanded its collision repair business, and we need talented techs.
Join our awesome Team today as an Experienced Auto Body Technician continue building your experience in body work and collision repair with Ferman. You'll be part of highly respected Team of experts entrusted with restoring our Guests vehicles to their pre-damage condition and ensuring 100% satisfaction.
Our Collision Centers are impeccably clean, state-of-the-art facilities featuring the latest technological assessment and repair equipment. Whether it's minor scratch and dent repair or more intricate aluminum repair or full body collision repair Ferman Collision will ensure you have everything necessary to do the job correctly, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities Include
  • Assess vehicle damage and develop the repair plan.
  • Disassemble damaged body panels.
  • Assist Estimator in repair methods and plans.
  • Measure vehicle using electronic systems.
  • Complete welding assignments per specifications.
  • Inspect for and ensure quality control for all repairs prior to painting and after re-assembly.

Qualifications
  • Excellent understanding and experience of automotive collision repair.
  • I-CAR certification.
  • Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
  • Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels.
  • Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
