Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Technician to join our Harley-Davidson team! We offer competitive pay with monthly bonuses!!

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers.
  • Provide related technical assistance and explanation of mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
  • Designs, modifies, and fabricates related electrical systems and repairs/replaces malfunctioning electrical components.
  • Document all work performed and reccomended on the repair order
  • Examine assigned motorocycle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended. 
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Hold a valid license with motorcycle endorsement.
  • Minimum 3 years of motorcycle technician experience
  • MMI Certification for Harley-Davidson
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment and electrical circuits.
  • Ability to push, strap to lift, diagnose, work on, and test ride all HD motorcycles
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background & drug screening.
