Job description

Position: BGA Re -Work Technician

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 7:30 am to 4:00pm

Payrate: Range $22.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE

Location: Durham, N. C. 27703

Overview

As a BGA Re-Work Technician, you will be responsible for reworking PCBAs and components that include a variety of duties in accordance with training, experience and skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review daily rework schedule with the supervisor.

Perform repair to PCB’s based on the schedule

Validating material and required documentation for work orders

May train new hires on SOPs, etc.

Skills / Knowledge Requirements

Skilled at removing parts from PCBA and solder equipment.

Skilled at hand soldering including jumper wires

Read and understand work orders and manufacturing work instructions

Accuracy for documentation

Effectively present information and respond to questions from manager and employees

Great verbal and written communication skills
