True Harmony Company is looking for a positive and motivated entry-level Finished Products Technician to join our team in Ely, Nevada
About the Role 
Our Finished Products Technicians are responsible for processing cannabis from harvest to distribution, ensuring all products meet quality standards. This role ensures efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company procedures and industry regulations throughout the post-harvest process.

Location: This is a full-time, onsite position at our farm located at 30955 US-93, Ely, NV 89301.
Schedule: Our schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with occasional holidays/weekends as needed. 
Core Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Assist with the harvesting of cannabis plants, preserving plant integrity
  • Monitor drying rooms to ensure optimal humidity and temperature
  • Maintain precise curing procedures for quality enhancement
  • Shuck and trim cannabis by hand and machine to meet standards
  • Conduct quality control checks for consistency and compliance
  • Accurately weigh, package, and label finished cannabis products
  • Prepare products for distribution, including inventory tracking and shipping
Requirements  
Education & Experience  
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses to work in the cannabis industry 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed  
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions  
  • Previous experience in horticulture or cannabis cultivation is preferred but not required. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent  
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and adjust to new technologies or procedures    
Physical Requirements & Environmental Factors: 
  • Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a greenhouse environment.
  • Repetitive Motion: Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive movements while handling plants and equipment.
  • Manual Dexterity: Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary for tasks such as harvesting, bucking, trimming, labeling, and packaging.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels typical of a greenhouse environment.
  • Allergens and Airborne Irritants: Regular exposure to cannabis plant material, pollen, dust, soil or growing media, mold spores, and other agricultural allergens or airborne irritants. Employees may also work around fertilizers, pesticides, cleaning products, and other workplace chemicals.
  • Safety and PPE: Ability to follow all safety protocols and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and respiratory protection.

    • Cannabis Plant Material & Derivatives: Which may cause allergic reactions such as skin irritation, respiratory symptoms, or eye irritation
    • Dust & Particulate Matter: Exposure to plant dust, airborne particles, and packaging materials during handling and fulfillment processes
    • Packaging Materials: Contact with plastics, adhesives, inks, and labeling materials that may cause sensitivities in some individuals
    • Cleaning & Sanitation Agents
  • GMP-aligned environment requiring cleanliness and organization
  • Moderate noise levels and production-driven pace
  • PPE may be required depending on task
