They typically possess foundational skills in design principles, software like Adobe Creative Suite, and visual communication. These students often seek internships, freelance work, or junior designer positions to gain practical experience and build their portfolios. Entry level positions help bridge the gap between academic learning and professional work in the creative industry.

Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is typically required, and completion of relevant design courses or certifications can be advantageous. Creativity, attention to detail, openness to feedback, and strong time management are standout soft skills in this role. These abilities are crucial for producing high-quality designs, adapting to evolving project requirements, and succeeding in collaborative, deadline-driven environments.
